Simon Lieber is the visionary whose strategic leadership has generated a decade of phenomenal company growth. Since he founded the company in2010, Simon has successfully expanded operations from exclusive investment in the tri-state area, to a combined portfolio of more than 10,000 units across 7 states. His aggressive buying policy, combined with an unerring vision for potential in decrepit properties, has allowed the company to syndicate deals and transform failing residences to stable middle-income housing opportunities. Prior to founding Silver Edge Property Management, Simon was a partner in All-Star Properties, negotiating and closing deals of up to $4M. There, he applied a consistent and strong attention to detail, combined with a keen view of the bigger picture, to calculate and predict values of potential deals, and this experience provided the foundation for his current role. Before venturing into real estate, Simon attended YKY Talmudic College, where he obtained his BA. Simon's passionate about people, sports, and travel, and has toured international destinations including Israel, Dubai, Jordan, the Dominican Republic, Casablanca, and countries across the EU. He’s most at home, however, with his wife and 6 children in Brooklyn, NY.
Mendy Schwartz is the driving force behind every aspect of Silver Edge Property Management. He specializes in simultaneously leading several teams in both the internal and external property management departments; overseeing construction, hiring and managing contractors, and visiting sites across the States to personally supervise progress and ensure adherence to the highest standards of excellence. Mendy brings years of experience in property acquisition and management, beginning in 2007 in NYC and eventually expanding to manage operations in several states. He has been leading and streamlining operations for Silver Edge since 2013, applying his significant experience and discerning people skills to develop a strong network of connections, and successfully negotiate for best prices with diverse range of vendors and sub-contractors. Mendy is always seeking to learn more and to grow, and is currently studying towards his bachelor’s degree online. Mendy is known in the company for his incredible multi-tasking abilities, his 18-hour work days and his crammed Zoom meeting schedule. Between business trips, Mendy can be found in his home in Brooklyn, NY.
Vicky resides in Indiana, however she spends the majority of her work time traveling to oversee properties and projects across all site locations. She brings 30 years’ experience to the position, and is renowned within the company for her seamless management of thousands of properties.
Moshe specializes in ensuring the availability of the necessary cash flow for projects.
His highly intuitive input into business strategy is behind numerous executive decisions, and he applies a keen eye for detail to oversee operations and projects valued at millions of dollars.
Ricky coordinates the day-to-day property management across all states, supervising management teams and acting as the port of call for questions, concerns, and crises. Ricky’s strong leadership enables the team to constantly raise the bar, improving their services and increasing tenant satisfaction.
Libby is the skilled director of Silver Edge's bookkeeping and accounting department. She leads a team of bookkeepers in the accurate processing and filing of account payable and receivable, and all fiscal paperwork.
Fraidy’s unceasing positivity and calm, professional demeanor form the basis of a productive and positive workplace environment. Her legendary organizational and communication skills ensure consistent smooth running of company operations
